Parent & Child Dedication
Crossroads’ Parent & Child Dedication is an opportunity for parents to profess before God and the Crossroads’ community their desire to bring their child(ren) up in The Lord.
By definition, dedicate means to set apart and consecrate to a deity or a sacred purpose. To dedicate someone is to devote oneself wholly and earnestly to a person or purpose. By participating in the Parent & Child Dedication, parents are acknowledging the special gift their child is and their God-given responsibility to raise them in the Word.
This year’s annual dedication will be on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 13, 2012 during second and third services. Parents with children of all ages are invited to participate however, we ask that you only dedicate a child once in his or her lifetime.
To participate, please complete the Parent & Child Dedication Form. You will be contacted the week prior to the dedication to confirm your information and the service you will be participating in.
