As a child Tasha remembers attending church on a fairly regular basis but it was pretty much a “Sunday thing” that required dressing up and wearing itchy clothes. She was always interested in the Bible and had picked it up from time to time but didn’t see the importance of having a church.
When she married her husband Shaun in 2002, they wanted to find a church…something was just missing in their lives. They began attending Crossroads in February 2003 and accepted Christ in May 2004.
Tasha attended Kansas State University (Go Cats!) and received a bachelor of science in human ecology and public relations. She was a public relations specialist at Cerner Corp. and a manager of media relations and marketing at the Kansas City Area Development Council before joining the staff at Crossroads in July 2007.
Tasha works part-time at Crossroads and handles much of the church’s printed communications including the bulletin, newsletter, small group and ministry team booklets and web site.
Tasha and her husband Shaun have two children, Taylin and Jaden. She enjoys running, decorating and organizing, reading and spending time with her family.
